In her dynamic 17-year career, defined by operational precision at scale, J.R. has managed several multimillion dollar federally funded public education, nonprofit, and public health initiatives in Atlanta, Georgia, Washington, D.C., and in the state of Oregon. Her most recent stellar achievement in leadership was a 5.5-year tenure directing the critical implementation of a $127 million dollar CDC Supplemental COVID-19 emergency response grant program for over 1,450 K-12 schools throughout Oregon, allocating 1 million iHealth self-tests to 550 Title 1 schools, and more than 580,000 ABBOT BinaxNOW tests, which propelled the state’s public health policy initiative to the highest ranking across the nation. Under her leadership, she designed, implemented and led a statewide professional development program, directly training over 11,000 K-12 school-based staff—including principals, vice-principals, nurses, front office administrators, teachers, and transportation professionals—on the technical and culturally appropriate administration of BinaxNOW Rapid Antigen tests, reducing the transmission of COVID-19 by 52%.
Among her signature initiatives, the K-12 Clean Air Initiative stands out — delivering over 100,000 Medify HEPA air purifiers to more than 300 schools statewide, a $68.6 million deployment that safeguarded the health of hundreds of thousands of students and staff. J.R. channels this same vigor, precision, and conscious-driven spirit into her work as an esteemed Applied Mythologist Educator and Executive Leadership Coaching Consultant, specializing in Sacred Feminine Sciences and Executive Leadership for women.
J.R. Baker-Flowers has curated personalized transformational Executive Leadership Consulting programs to more than 45 women globally in Senior Leadership roles across Multimedia, Academia, Healthcare, Fintech, Digital Marketing, and Operations Management industries since 2018. Integrating her extensive educational training in ancient divine sciences, with fundamental business leadership methods, and her expert certified Coaching methods in NeuroMindfulness and Inclusive Leadership, J.R.'s revolutionary Executive Leadership Coaching methods have increased the annual salaries of her growing Clientele an average of $150,000 within 4 months after completing their consultation programs.
