al-Kīmiyā, or al-khīmiya, the Arabic word (الكيمياء or الخيمياء), meaning "the art of alloying metals, alchemy," or “divine science.”Aakemaj, a term coined by our Founder and her personal moniker, is the embodiment of “freedom,” “divine power,” and “immortality.”

With over 17 years as a Social Transformational Educator, Inclusive Change Management Consultant and Executive Leadership Training Consultant as the CEO of The UNLEARNing Project® LLC, J.R. Baker-Flowers has infused her extensive expertise in social change methodologies, with over 15 years of sacred Divine Feminine Archaeo-Mythology and Esoteric Spiritual education.
J.R. Baker-Flowers has curated personalized transformational Executive Leadership Consulting programs to more than 45 women globally in Senior Leadership roles across Multimedia, Academia, Healthcare, Fintech, Digital Marketing, and Operations Management industries since 2018. Integrating her extensive educational training in ancient divine sciences, with fundamental business leadership methods, and her expert certified Coaching methods in NeuroMindfulness and Inclusive Leadership, J.R.'s revolutionary Executive Leadership Coaching methods have increased the annual salaries of her growing Clientele an average of $150,000 within 4 months after completing their consultation programs. Her mission is to sustainably transform the lives of over 1 billion women globally, coaching them to practically implement Divine Feminine Sacred Sciences into their modern lives, to awaken their unstoppable cosmic feminine power!
In 2015, she received a Grant from The Puffin Foundation, Ltd. for her documentary media work excavating the historical etymologies of Divine Feminine and Matriarchal Goddess Archetypes as a solution to varying forms of socialized misogyny and sexism in private and public spaces.
Between 2018 - Present, J.R. has taught advanced Master Courses integrating Gnostic Goddess Mythologies, Womb Rituals, and Spiritual Alchemy to over 2,850 women globally. She holds a Bachelors Degree of Arts in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University, Atlanta, GA, and a Masters Degree of Arts in Community Development and Planning from Clark University, Worcester, MA. She also holds a Professional Certification in Inclusive Leadership, an Advanced Training Graduate Certification in Applied Mythology, from Pacifica Graduate Institute, a NeuroMindfulness Coach Practitioner Certification from the NeuroMindfulness Institute, and a Specialization Certificate in Archaeology from Rice University.
