With over 17 years as a Social Transformational Educator, Change Management Consultant and Executive Leadership Training Consultant, J.R. Baker-Flowers has infused her extensive expertise in social change methodologies, with over 15 years of sacred Divine Feminine Mythology and Esoteric Spiritual education.
In 2015, she received a Grant from The Puffin Foundation, Ltd. for her documentary media work excavating the historical etymologies of Divine Feminine and Matriarchal Goddess Archetypes as a solution to varying forms of socialized misogyny and sexism in private and public spaces.
Between 2018 - Present, J.R. has taught advanced Master Courses integrating Gnostic Goddess Mythologies, Womb Rituals, and Spiritual Alchemy to over 2,850 women globally. She holds a Bachelors Degree of Arts in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University, Atlanta, GA, and a Masters Degree of Arts in Community Development and Planning from Clark University, Worcester, MA. She also holds a Professional Certification in Inclusive Leadership, an Advanced Training Graduate Certification in Applied Mythology, from Pacifica Graduate Institute, a NeuroMindfulness Coach Practitioner Certification from the NeuroMindfulness Institute, and a Specialization Certificate in Archaeology from Rice University.
