Creatrix: Our Blood is LIFE!
The psychosis of patriarchy and its progeny, sexism and misogyny, has severed human civilization from its fundamental origins and truth - that woman IS the creator of all life and the epicenter of civilization itself. The egocentric ideology of “maleness” across groups has ushered in a mentality of “ownership,” colonization and co-optation or cultural appropriation of that which animates and literally gives life, wisdom, intelligence, power and sustenance to everything; a woman’s cycle.
Precolonial societies, formerly matriarchal in nature, built agricultural farming practices, as well as the coding of time (e.g. calendar) based on women’s periods/cycles as it aligns with the lunar cycle. [The moon is also inherently divinely feminine in nature.] Additionally, it was a customary cultural practice and sacred rite in precolonial societies for women and girls to leave the main community and commune in the “red tent,” a designated place of solace, protection, reflection, healing and community during this highly revered time. Women are the creators of creation and possess the eternal cycles of time, the miracle of vegetation, the fertility of human creation and the keepers of sacred knowledge, which cannot be taught.
For this, modern societies should bow to their knees in reverence and honor the Creatrix of ALL LIFE!
